Where complexity is getting in the way. I look for what’s actually slowing people down, not just what the process says.

Making systems clearer, more efficient and easier to use. Improving visibility without adding friction.
What matters most when things are under pressure?
Getting people productive and supported quickly, even with imperfect tools. Putting structure in place so the business keeps moving.
Outside of work
I can talk about golf longer than most people will tolerate and I’m regularly found asking myself where my bank card’s got to.
