Client Success Manager
Mark works closely with clients to make sure their travel programme actually delivers what they need day to day. He brings the client view into every decision. That means priorities stay clear, reporting stays useful, and nothing drifts away from what matters.
From the client side, what matters most day to day?
Making sure clients are supported properly and nothing important gets missed. I’m always thinking from their side.
What do clients come to you for when it really counts?
Consistency and trust. They know I’ll follow things through and keep everything aligned with what they need internally.
When does a programme start to drift?
When reporting or reviews don’t match how the client actually operates or what is most important to them. It has to work for them, not just look right.
If something went off track, how would you handle it?
Turning the situation around quickly. It’s about shifting from a problem to a positive outcome.
What really stands out that your experience has taught you?
After 20+ years in travel and aviation, one thing stands out.
Be clear. Be honest.
If you’re upfront with clients, that is where the trust is built.
Work aside? Something that you always lose…
My focus whenever a plan flies overhead (I just have to get on FlightRadar and see where it’s going!)
